Contract
To join mallorcacontact with your holiday property you admit to do so for a minimum of 2 years. After the two years the contract will renew automatically for another year, if you don't cancel the contract 6 weeks before expiration. After receiving your payment on our bank account the contract will be effective.

The set up of your two web pages with your holiday property will be done the same way you have seen the example pages under mallorcacontact web site. Your holiday property will be published on the internet in two languages, English and German. Each language on one extra web page. There are no extra costs for you. The pages will be published on the internet 24 hours a day and 365 days per year. mallorcacontact is not responsible for the correctness of the information on the published pages. We are also not responsible for any possible damages which might happen to the rental object or any loss caused by the renting people or third people.

Information about the holiday property
mallorcacontact assures all the information given of the holiday property will be published on the internet without any changes. Images of other material you did send to mallorcacontact will be prepared for publishing on the internet if necessary at no more extra costs. We guarantee the German translation of your text will be done with high accuracy. If there are any changes to do at a later date, it is up to you to tell mallorcacontact.

Lettings of your holiday property
Requests per Email, Telephone or Fax coming from the web pages will be answered by the owner of the property. There is no guarantee by mallorcacontact about any reservations or bookings of the holiday property.
