The complex
Casa Serena is an exclusive set of 3 front line luxury air conditioned apartments and small studios situated in one the most idyllic settings in the whole of the Balearic Islands. The aspect from the apartments is nothing short of magnificent and has views of Cala D'Or Marina. Casa Serena offers you a saltwater pool (no chlorine) with a jet stream, a Barbeque- area and a WLAN for use free of charge. The complex is a a few minutes walk from the fine restaurants and beaches in Cala D'Or. There is a windsurfing school and an 18 hole golf course (Vall D'Or) in the area. Cala Llonga is possibly the best marina in the Mediterranean which attracts the European Jet-set and their luxury yachts. The harbour also has exclusive shops with the latest fashions and excellent restaurants. This makes Casa Serena one of the best situated, private and secluded complexes in the area.

The Place
Cala D'Or is a beautiful place at the south-east coast of Majorca, approximately 45 minutes drive from Palma Airport. Cala D'Or is ideal a vacation goal for families - as well for pairs and singles. Beautiful sand beaches are situated around Cala D'Or, one of it - Es Forti- is only 200 meters from the apartments.

Discription of the studios
All of the 3 studios are located in the first floor and consist of a combined dining and sleeping area, a small kitchen and a bathroom. Each studio has its own large terrace  with a beatifull view on the habour and the hills.

Price
The rates listed below are daily rates in Euro and British Pounds.

The weekly rate per apartment or studio includes all cost (linen, towels, cleaning, electric, water, gas). In Juli and August the minimum rent is one week ( 7 days), all other times the minimum rent are 3 days. The date of arrival is any selectable. A deposit of 30 % of the whole rent has to be paid with the reservation. The rest has to be paid 8 weeks before departure in our account. The apartments/studios are available at 2:00 pm. In case you are there earlier, your luggage can be placed in the house. On departure were asking to leave the apartments/studios by latest 10:00 am. You will be entitled to cancel at any time prior to commencement of the journey. The amount of cancellation charges shall depend on the receipt of your cancellation notice by us. The cancellation charges shall be

- 30 % of the rent in the event of cancellation up to 43 days prior to commencement of
           the term (deposit forfeited),
- 50 % of the rent in the event of cancellation between the 42nd and the 29th day prior to
           commencement of the term,
- 80 % of the rent in the event of cancellation from 28 days up to 2 days prior to
           commencement of the term and
- the whole rent in the event of later cancellation and non-utilization of the services
  agreed by contract.

Deviating from these cancellation charges at a flat rate you will be at liberty as Contracting Party to furnish evidence of a lower damage. If you arrange for a suitable substitute tenant or a subletting is done by us, the withdrawal charges for the period of subletting shall become inapplicable. We recommend you to enter into a traveller’s insurance against cancellation fees.At the time of the delivery of keys deposit a security amounting to € 50,00. The security will be refunded upon surrender of the rented object and keys in accordance with the regulations. The rented object shall only be occupied by the registered number of persons. Additional persons can be refused or separately invoiced.
