This new built country-house is situated in the middle of a big plot between Santanyí and Ses Salines. Spend your holidays relaxing in this very tastefully equipped “small castle”!

Each of the three bed-rooms with double-beds is furnished in its own style and leads directly to one of the terraces. There are two bath-rooms: the smaller one with a shower and the bigger one with bath tub, shower and two wash-basins.

The spacious living- / dining-room with open kitchen is made for long evenings with delicious dinners which you may prepare in the very complete equipped kitchen. For long cosy nights you find a Sat-TV and a music-machine.

Roundabout the house there are 100 m2 of terraces, as well with sun as in the shadow, how you prefer.

The swimming pool is constructed on a special place in a small distance from the house. More sports is possible with an outdoor tennis table and with bicycles, which are to your disposal.

The finca is apt for children from 12 years.
