The finca „Sa Joia“ (jewellery box) stands for its name. That stylish villa enthrones on a approx. 2.200 qm plot high above Esporles. With fantastic views over the valley. On a clear day you can even see the sea at the coast of Palma. The rustic and attractive furnishing, partly with antiques, reminds of a proud noble mens house. It is very cosy and comfortable.
Ground floor is a light and airy living room with fireplace and TV
area, a large terrace, a spacious fully equipped kitchen with
microwave, dishwasher, pantry, breakfast terrace and a noble dining
room with chimney. First floor are
the 2 spacious und tastefully decorated bedrooms (1 double bed
1,40x2,00) and 1 double bed 1,80x2,00). Each with balcony (on eis
furnished) and bathroom with double basin and shower bath. The large
and secluded Mediterranean garden with pool is truely a dream. It is
difficult to decide wether to sit by the pool, near the BBQ or on
the breakfast terrace. In 2 adjacent rooms (which are accessible
from outside) there is a shower bath and utility room with washing
machine and dryer. The finca is truely the ideal place for people who looking for an exceptional holiday.
